Custom Phantom of the Opera Mask

This Phantom of the Opera mask was commissioned by a friend who wanted a custom fit mask made to their own facial structure.

(the mask after shaping, sanding and painting)

I created this mask from scratch using polymer clay and my friend's face as a template. Once the clay had set I water smoothed the mask, sanded it and spray painted it white with a few subtle grey low-lights.

(myself wearing the mask for photo purposes)

The above work showcases my ability to:
  • Work with clay and model making materials
  • Create replica and custom models and masks
